Tomatoes are loaded with vitamins that are extremely important to the health of your skin: lycopene, collagen, and vitamin A. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that gives tomatoes their red color, boosts our skin’s natural SPF, and aids in the reproduction of our skin cells. 4. BLUEBERRIES

Blueberries can reverse signs of aging, heal acne, and help your body produce more collagen. Blueberries make a yummy addition to your morning smoothie or even to your salad at lunch.

5. CHIA SEEDS

Chia seedsThe omega-3 fatty acids in chia seeds help soothe inflammation and speed up the healing process of blemishes on your skin. They’re also super rich in zinc, protein, and fiber.
